The Barre Programme Class
Where Pilates meets ballet
Developed by MK Pilates, the Barre Programme combines exercises inspired by ballet, Pilates and stretch. These movements and exercises are designed to help you achieve sculpted, lean muscles. The movements focus on alignment, conditioning and stretch of the body. The class is open to individuals of all abilities and is set to inspiring music. Tara, TJH's principal dance and fitness teacher, is a certified instructor of the Barre Programme.

A popular class, and one that has stood the test of time. Designed to target those 'problem' areas, the legs, tums and bums class combines cardio, muscular strength and endurance exercises to tone, firm and burn fat from your tummy, hips and thighs.

Helping you build a strong and balanced body
Our Pilates mat work classes are designed to target deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. This class is excellent for posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.
