Service Description

Our 'Beginners Pilates Class' is a mat based exercise class that introduces all the fundamental exercises and teaches the principles of this exercise genre. Suitable for those who are new to this type of exercise and those returning after a break or injury. Modifications can be added to all of the exercises to accommodate any special populations and conditions. Please advise the instructor of any changes prior to class starting.
