It’s fantastic Latin and World Rhythms and easy to pick up choreography made exercise fun again

Dance Fitness became huge in the Fitness Industry with many other brands emerging but non had the same hype as ZUMBA

Roll forwards 12 years my love for this brand is stronger than ever,
